The Administration Department is excited to invite dynamic, service-driven individuals to join our team as Travel Managers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for our internal colleagues, guiding them through every step of their journey. You will provide expert advice on travel options, coordinate services in alignment with our corporate travel policy, and offer ongoing support to travelers, ensuring they have everything they need along the way. After each trip, you'll gather valuable feedback to help continuously enhance our services and address any post-trip concerns. Additionally, this role offers variety with administrative responsibilities, including invoicing, reporting, and collaborating with corporate service providers. Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, offering expert guidance on all travel-related inquiries.
Prepare travel offers in line with the company’s Travel Policy, ensuring accurate information and securing the best rates.
Collaborate with both internal and external partners to meticulously plan and execute all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
Provide travelers with comprehensive travel documents and all essential information for their destination.
Handle changes before or during the trip by making alternative arrangements to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Offer continuous support to travelers before, during, and after their trips, actively seeking feedback to enhance service quality.
Support with travel expenses, including managing invoices and processing payments to service providers.
Generate exception and spending reports to monitor travel-related costs.
Maintain and update databases, including traveler profiles and service provider information.
Support the Team Lead - Travel in fostering strong corporate relationships with travel agencies and other service providers.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Step in as a backup for Travel Manager during their leave, ensuring seamless continuity of services.
Skill Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in travel management.
Proficient with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo).
Strong geographic knowledge and understanding of global travel routes.
Familiar with international travel regulations, customs, and aviation/hospitality procedures.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships.
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and deadline orientation.
Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
