Supporter (m/f/d) - Application Support Team


Our Technology department is currently embarking on a journey in realigning itself. Over the next few years we are modernizing and automating our systems landscape significantly. We are therefore looking for a member, who will play an integral part and will actively participate in this realignment by joining the Application Support Team, which supports all company ERP systems and other business tools for internal users. 

What we are looking for:

  • Following an extensive introduction, you will receive and classify support requests for various systems
  • While you manage standard requests, more complex enquiries are passed on to our internal system experts or to the manufacturer support team
  • You are responsible for the documentation and follow-up in our internal ticket-system until a request is completed
  • You help to maintain the internal support knowledgebase
  • Also you give user training for the various systems
  • Besides your day-to-day tasks you are helping to establish and maintain an appropriate system documentation 

What you bring along:

  • You are willing to take up a new challenge as junior supporter in our Application Support Team or you have made already some experiences in application support
  • Your role as a contact person and our international working environment require very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You demonstrate a high ability to concentrate as well as a precise and structured way of working
  • You enjoy to familiarize yourself with new technologies as well as the commercial background of the supported systems
  • As the ideal candidate you describe yourself as a service-oriented person who likes to take responsibility and work independently, but also enjoys to work as part of a team
