Job Description
- Settling proforma D/A accounts
- Checking and approving incoming D/A's
- Handling D/A claims
- Final settling of statements of accounts
- Enjoying working in a team environment

- Cooperating with the bookkeeping and operations department
Your Profile
- Shipping knowledge is preferred, but not a requirement
- Good verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
IT - System Administrator (m/f) Lübeck
Job Description
- Analysing and solving technical problems, ensure system availability
- Installation, configuration, administration and operation of server systems
- User support
- Managing projects independently
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation
Your Profile
- Diploma or degree as IT specialist or a proven ability to perform the tasks required by the position
- Several years of experience as System Administrator, preferably in an international environment
- Very strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/7) and Exchange Server 2007, SQL Server 2005, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp environment as well as system backup and restore technologies
- Ideally experience with HP server, storage and network components, SAN virtualisation, Microsoft HA technologies and Microsoft system management products
- Experience with virtualisation (Citrix Xen)
- Ideally MCSE / CCA certified
- Willingness to work in one of our international offices for longer periods
- Highly motivated, flexible and a very good team player
- Fluency in German and English essential
- All apprenticeship positions for shipping clerks with training that starts in 2010 have already been assigned.
